Conditions for Individual Bookings
Payment:
A $150 per person deposit is due at time of booking. Full payment
is due no later than 30 days prior to arrival. If you are paying
with a credit card, your card will be charged for the balance due
at 30 days prior to arrival. For reservations made within 30 days
of arrival, full payment is due immediately. Reservations not paid
by due date will automatically be canceled and $50 per person processing
fee, supplier fees and charges for theater tickets will apply. Forms
of payment accepted are agent check, American Express, Visa and
Master Card. Next Stop New York requests a signed credit card authorization
form when making payment.
Groups:

Last Minute
Bookings: Last minute bookings are those accepted within 15
to 5 business days of arrival. Reservations must be guaranteed at
the time of booking with a credit card. Full payment is due immediately.
A late booking fee of $25 will be assessed to cover express mailing
of documents and other expenses incurred.
Surcharges:
During some holidays and special event periods, packages may require
a surcharge, be completely non-refundable and/or require immediate
full payment. Blackout periods may apply due to a specific hotel's
policy. Rates subject to change.
Tour Documents:
Documents will be mailed approximately 21 days prior to arrival.
If you are coming from an international destination, your documents
will be held at your hotel.
Change Fee:
Once under deposit, each change will require a $25 change fee
per person. Changes requested under 3 business days prior to arrival
will incur increased change fees and may not be accepted. No changes
are permitted to theater tickets, or to Greenwich Village Food Tasting
or Chelsea Market Tour reservations.
Cancellation:
All cancellations must be made prior to arrival in writing with
Next Stop New York, not directly with individual suppliers. We will
return all your money except as follows:
- If canceled
more than 30 days before your departure date, full refund less
a processing fee of $50 per person.*
- If canceled
30 days to 2 days prior to your arrival date, full refund less
a processing fee of $100 per person.*
- Please note
that if you cancel on the day before your scheduled date of arrival,
on your date of arrival or after your scheduled arrival date,
you will not receive any refund.
*These modest
fees cover our administrative costs. You will also be charged any
supplier penalties and fees which will include the cost of theater
and special event tickets, food tasting tour tickets and may include
one night hotel accommodations and other supplier fees. Next Stop
New York highly recommends that you purchase trip cancellation insurance.
Refunds:
All requests for refunds must be made in writing prior to your
arrival date. In order to receive a refund, all documents must first
be returned to Next Stop New York. Unused or partially used vouchers
are non-refundable. Refunds will be processed 30 days after our
receipt of your documents and written cancellation.
Next Stop
New York acts only as agent for the hotels, restaurants, theaters,
owners, and independent contractors providing accommodations, transportation
or other services. The responsibility for delivering services rests
entirely with the providers of service. Acceptance of any tour package
from Next Stop New York Inc. shall release Next Stop New York Inc.
from responsibility in any way for any injury or liability arising
from the performance of, or failure to perform such services. Every
effort has been made to be accurate in the material presented. Next
Stop New York Inc. cannot be held liable for typographical errors,
inadvertent errors, omissions, changes in itineraries or pricing
changes made by suppliers. If change in the accommodation becomes
necessary for any reason in any program, hotels and other substitutions
will be of similar quality to those shown.
Travel Agents
should examine documents upon receipt. If documents are not
received 10 days prior to departure, travel agent must contact Next
Stop New York immediately. If agent fails to notify Next Stop New
York, additional fees may apply.
Insurance:
Next Stop New York strongly encourages that you purchase trip cancellation
insurance. Please inquire with us for further details.
