Terms & Conditions for Groups
(10 rooms or more requested at one time for the same period)

Payment: In order to confirm a group, we require a $300.00 deposit, due within 10 days of confirmation of hotel space. Upon receipt, all remaining package elements will be requested, except theater tickets and special events.

There may be additional deposits required by the hotels, restaurants or other suppliers, which are included in your tour. Next Stop New York will advise you of these additional deposits when the tour components are confirmed.

Full payment is due by travel agency check, company check, certified bank check, or US Postal Service money order 45 days prior to arrival. For our international clients, forms of payment accepted are wire transfer or credit card (American Express, Visa or MasterCard). Next Stop New York reserves the right to cancel any group for non-receipt of payment when due. It is possible that full payment may be due earlier than 45 days prior to arrival by a supplier. Next Stop New York will advise you of this upon confirmation of tour components.

Rooming List: Your rooming list is due in our office a minimum of 45 days prior to group arrival. Due to hotel requirements, Next Stop New York reserves the right to cancel reservations if names are not submitted on time.

Hotel Porterage Charges: Next Stop New York includes hotel porterage charges for maximum 2 bags per person round trip in your group costing. Any additional bags over this maximum will be charged to your organization after your group departs. In the event that your group requires baggage storage, additional baggage handling charges may apply and will be billed to your organization after your group departs.

Cancellation:
If the Entire Group Cancels:
After receipt of deposit: $150.00 fee
60 days to 45 days prior to arrival: $300.00 fee
44 days to 7 days prior to arrival: $1,000.00 fee
Less than 7 days prior to arrival: All Payments are Non-Refundable
*All fees are in addition to any fees which may be charged by our suppliers.

If an Individual Cancels:
44 days to 7 days prior to arrival: $50.00 per person fee
Less than 7 days prior to arrival: All Payments are Nonrefundable

Name Changes: Name changes require a $25.00 change fee per person.

Minimum Group Size: Your group tour has been based on certain minimum group sizes. If your group should fall below the minimum quoted, there are additional costs to be covered by the remaining passengers

Theater Tickets, Food Tasting Tours and Special Events: Theater tickets and Food Tasting Tour tickets must be purchased at the time they are requested. If your program included a theater, food tasting tour or special event for which we must guarantee a certain performance, then we must require additional money to cover the purchase of these tickets at the time you wish us to order them. Until actually purchased, we cannot guarantee availability of any performance or special tour or event, and once purchased there are no refunds on unused tickets.

Insurance: Next Stop New York strongly encourages that you purchase trip cancellation insurance. Please inquire with us for further details.

Planning Fee: Depending on the complexity of your request, Next Stop New York may add a planning and research fee of $200. We will advise you if this fee is applicable prior to initiating research on your group program. If your group materializes, this fee will be deducted from the total amount due.

Next Stop New York acts only as agent for the hotels, restaurants, theaters, owners, and independent contractors providing accommodations, transportation or other services. The responsibility for delivering services rests entirely with the providers of service. Acceptance of any tour package from Next Stop New York Inc. shall release Next Stop New York Inc. from responsibility in any way for any injury or liability arising from the performance of, or failure to perform such services. Every effort has been made to be accurate in the material presented. Next Stop New York Inc. cannot be held liable for typographical errors, inadvertent errors, omissions, changes in itineraries or pricing changes made by suppliers. If change in the accommodation becomes necessary for any reason in any program, hotels and other substitutions will be of similar quality to those shown.
